Quality goes down at every move: state of houses for rent is low.
We need more homes. Here it is one suggestion to solve the problem:
One house One owner.
We need a law which forbids society to own properties, so to avoid international investors to buy houses and leave them empty. If they want invest money, they could buy companies, found new ones (and create new jobs) or else, but not houses!
We need a law which prevent people from owning more than one property in the same city if they don't rent them out.
We need this law within a couple of years, even if it limits the individual freedom
